IDH wanted to strengthen its employer branding and improve internal communication. Inspired by a Vormats webinar on how video can increase reach and engagement, the HR team saw an opportunity to innovate with Employee-Generated Video. The concept was an instant hit: a credible and inspiring way to revitalize their communication strategy.
Before implementing Vormats, IDH primarily relied on written communication, which often felt static and generated little engagement. Employee-Generated Video offered a dynamic alternative, making internal processes more interactive and accessible. By giving employees the opportunity to create content themselves, IDH improved knowledge sharing and addressed frequently asked questions more effectively.
