The Municipality of Westland uses Vormats to create its own internal videos. This allows them to communicate with (new) colleagues in a fast, fun, and effective way. \u201cWe started using Vormats because we used to communicate internally mostly through text, and creating video content allows us to convey emotion and visuals as well.<\/strong> This is great for our new colleagues, as it helps ease some of the tension by giving them a taste of the atmosphere through a video.
